Keeping the interactive nature of the platform in mind, it is essential to ensure that the platform is not misused in any way that would warrant any user having a less-than-amazing experience. Following the guidelines below would be a great way to do that. You may come across content that you feel is inappropriate, and we have provided means by which you can report or flag such content. However, please use the reporting option judiciously and refer to the guidelines to make an informed decision.

Guidelines for Acts and Content That Are Prohibited
Harmful or Dangerous Content
Digital Benchers is a safe space for learners and educators alike. Any content that incites or promotes violence, causes physical or emotional harm, or endangers the safety of any individual is expressly prohibited. Content that references harmful or dangerous acts solely for educational purposes is allowed. The sale and promotion of any regulated or illegal goods are not allowed.
Hateful Content
Exchanges of ideas and opinions are encouraged in the learning process, but hate speech is strictly prohibited. Hate speech includes content that incites hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, caste, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Violent and Graphic Content
Digital Benchers is an educational platform, and content must remain educational. Content that is violent or graphic is prohibited unless it is solely for educational purposes. Content that sensationalizes, shocks, or disturbs individuals is not allowed. Content related to terrorism, including content that promotes terrorist acts or incites violence, is strictly prohibited.
Harassment and Bullying
Respect and kindness toward fellow users are essential. Any form of harassment or bullying is strictly prohibited, including abusive comments, messages, revealing personal information, humiliating content, and sexual harassment.
Spam and Misleading Content
Posting untargeted, unwanted, and repetitive content in videos, community posts, comments, or messages with the intention to spam the platform is not allowed. Posting external links to malware or prohibited sites is strictly prohibited.
Scams and Fraud
Any content uploaded or posted with the intent to deceive others for financial gain is strictly prohibited. Practices of extortion, blackmail, or fraudulent schemes will not be tolerated.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
Refer to our copyright policy for guidelines on proprietary content. Users must not upload copyrighted material that they do not have rights to.
Privacy Violation
Users must respect each other's privacy. If you believe your privacy has been violated, report it using the provided tools. Sharing sensitive personal information without consent is strictly prohibited.
Impersonation
Pretending to be another person, organization, or entity by using their name, image, documents, certificates, logos, or branding is prohibited. This includes impersonating educators or institutions.
Community and Comment Regulations
Users can comment on videos and post on community posts, but all interactions must be respectful. The following behaviors are prohibited in comments and community posts:
- Spreading misinformation or false claims
- Posting hate speech, harassment, or bullying content
- Promoting external platforms, services, or spam links
- Using offensive language or making personal attacks
- Posting repeated or irrelevant content to manipulate engagement
- Encouraging academic dishonesty, such as sharing exam answers or cheating methods
Consequences: Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in content removal, comment restrictions, or account suspension.
Interactions with Digital Benchers Staff
We expect users to maintain respectful communication with Digital Benchers staff. Abusive, hateful, or sexually suggestive communication with staff members is not tolerated.

We provide reporting tools to flag content that violates these guidelines. The report option is available for videos, community posts, and comments. Please ensure that you report only legitimate issues and avoid false complaints.

Keeping Yourself and Your Account Safe
- Keep your login credentials private.
- Use a strong password with a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.

- Do not share personal information online.
- Users below 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.
Reporting Content
- If content is misleading, harmful, or violates privacy, report it immediately.
- If you encounter harassment, report the user or contact support.
- Trademark or copyright violations should be reported with supporting evidence.
Posting Content
- Ensure content is accurate and does not infringe on any third party's rights.
- Do not disclose personal or sensitive information in posts or comments.
- Avoid posting content that can be construed as harassment or bullying.
